FrenzKey does not have accounts, does not ask you to sign in, and makes no network requests of any kind. This page explains exactly what the keyboard stores and where.
As you pick Chinese character and word candidates while typing, FrenzKey remembers them so they rank higher the next time you type the same prefix. This list is stored only in the keyboard extension's own local storage on your iPhone. It is never uploaded anywhere, because FrenzKey has no server to upload it to. Deleting FrenzKey, or removing it from Settings, removes everything it has stored.
FrenzKey does not request "Allow Full Access" and does not need it. It has no network access, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no crash-reporting SDK. The dictionary of Chinese words and characters it offers as candidates is bundled inside the app itself and never downloaded or updated over the network.
Like any iOS custom keyboard, FrenzKey replaces the system keyboard while it is active, which means it is technically capable of seeing what you type. FrenzKey does not transmit keystrokes anywhere — nothing you type is sent off your phone, logged to a server, or shared with the developer.
The support page links to a Google Form. If you use it, whatever you type there is sent to and stored by Google, under Google's privacy policy, and forwarded to the developer. This applies to the website only — the FrenzKey app itself has no connection to this form.
FrenzKey collects no personal data from anyone, and so collects none from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
